But the wife and mother is enjoying some well-deserved time away from Los Angeles with a family trip to New York.
She took to Instagram Tuesday, showing off her toned bod as she enjoyed a day at the pool.
Port wore a lime green two-piece bikini, which revealed her taut abs as she lounged under the New York summer sun.
She completed the look with a gold heart necklace and a retro pair of white cat-eye sunglasses with orange lenses.
She sat by the pool next to her two year old son Sonny, who was ready for a swim with his floaties on.
She captioned the adorable photo of her and her little man: ‘Summer is just the best!’
Another sweet snap shows her as she tried to steal a kiss from Sonny, whose gorgeous blond curls were dripping wet.
Port has been enjoying some quality family time with Sonny and husband Tim Rosenman in the Hamptons.
She recently posted a photo of their little family enjoying a walk on the beach.
Port wore a denim jacket with matching cut-off shorts as Rosenman sported a red t-shirt with blue gym shorts and Sonny wore nothing at all.
She captioned the sweet moment: ‘Really trying to soak up all these moments… I’m really trying to keep it all in perspective and soak in the fact that Sonny will never be this age again and that we really are in one of the most beautiful places in the world.’
Port recently reunited with her The Hills castmates for MTV’s reboot of the popular reality series, which was recently renewed for a second season.
She also appeared on the original series which ran for six seasons from 2006 to 2010.
